By creating a tmjFit account (app and website at tmjfit.com.br), operated by TMJ Sistemas da Informação Ltda, CNPJ 51.465.921/0001-60, Rua Pedro Eloy de Souza, 992, Bairro Alto, Curitiba/PR, Brazil, 82820-130, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

tmjFit logs workouts, records, body measurements and the link between athletes and professionals (trainers, nutritionists, physical assessors), including invoices between them. tmjFit does not process payments: athletes pay professionals directly, outside the app.

2. Accounts and pricing

• Athlete: free, with no time limit.
• Professional: a monthly subscription billed by the platform via invoice, no credit card. The current price is shown under "My invoice". Overdue invoices may suspend professional access until settled; athletes' data is never deleted because of it.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your password private and your account details accurate.
• Record only your own data or data of people who authorized you (for professionals).
• Don't use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes or to harm other users.

4. Not medical advice

tmjFit is a logging and tracking tool. PRs, rankings and measurement changes are informational. Decisions about training, diet and health are yours and your qualified professionals'.

5. Your data

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings › Delete account).

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service up but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features and these terms; relevant changes are announced in the app.

7. Termination

You may close your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
