Privacy Policy

tmjFit is a workout app and website operated by TMJ Sistemas da Informação Ltda, CNPJ 51.465.921/0001-60, Rua Pedro Eloy de Souza, 992, Bairro Alto, Curitiba/PR, Brazil, 82820-130 ("we"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it, in line with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).

1. Data we collect

• Account: name, e-mail, password (stored only as a hash), state and city, account type (athlete or professional) and, for professionals, their specialties.
• Training: workouts, sets, loads, records (PRs), ratings, duration, calories and notes you log.
• Body measurements: weight, body fat, circumferences and any other measure you or a linked professional records — health data, processed only to run the service.
• Links and billing: which professionals you linked, amounts and invoices between athlete and professional, and platform invoices for professionals. tmjFit does not process payments or store card data.
• Apple Health: only if you turn the integration on in Settings. We write your finished workouts to the Health app and, if you choose, read workouts recorded by Apple Watch or other apps so you can link them to yours. That data never leaves your iPhone beyond what you save in tmjFit.
• Technical: error and sync logs needed for the app to work. No advertising trackers, no selling of data.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service: store and sync your workouts between phone and website, compute PRs and rankings, show your history to the professionals you linked, issue invoices between you and those professionals and show notices in the app. Legal basis: performance of the contract and, for health data, your consent when you record it.

3. Who we share it with

• Linked professionals: a trainer, nutritionist or assessor only sees your data after you request the link and they accept — and only while the link lasts. You decide, under PRs, whether your records join the ranking.
• Infrastructure: data is hosted on Microsoft Azure. No other third party receives it.
• We never sell data or share it for advertising.

4. For how long

As long as your account exists. Data kept on your phone (offline mode) stays on the device until you sign out or delete the app.

5. Your rights

• Access and correct: everything you logged can be viewed and edited in the app and on the website.
• Delete your account: in Settings › Delete account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: account, workouts, history, PRs, measurements, links and invoices are erased. Measurements a professional recorded for other people stay with those people.
• Revoke integrations: turn Apple Health off in Settings › Integrations or in your iPhone's Health permissions.
• For anything else (portability, sharing details, objection), write to thiago@tmjsistemas.com.br.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes. App, website and server talk over HTTPS. On iPhone, credentials live in the Keychain and the app can be locked with Face ID.

7. Children

tmjFit is not intended for children under 13.
